Is there a left-handed version?
The Twiddler2 is designed to be used equally as easily with the right
or left hand. Simply slide the strap out of the slot on one side and slide
it in the other.
How can I have my Twiddler2 work in parallel with
my existing keyboard and mouse?
If you are using any Computer and Operating System that supports USB,
use the optional USB Adapter and your standard keyboard and mouse are
active simultaneously with the Twiddler2. Note: WindowsNT does not support
USB.
Does the Twiddler2 work with Linux?
Yes, either with the standard PS/2 keyboard and mouse connectors or using
the optional USB Adapter.
How fast can someone type with the Twiddler2?
We have had reports of speeds over 60 wpm. See the Testimonials page for
more details.
How long does it take to learn this?
To learn to type the alphabet in sequence with your eyes closed takes
less than 3 minutes. No kidding! To be able to type without thinking about
it, figure about a week, a couple of hours practice a day. Your mileage
may vary. Also see the Testimonials
page. Some folks are much faster.
What is your return policy?
If you return it within 30 days, in saleable condition, we will refund
your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. Contact support@handykey.com
for an RMA#, which is necessary for all returns.
I type in a language which requires special
symbols (Ò, Á, é, ø, etc.). How can
I access these with the Twiddler2?
Very easily. If you have chosen a non-English keyboard layout (in the
Control Panel), you will already have access to most of these. If you
need more, you can assign special symbols using the techniques shown on
page 30-31 of the User Manual Rev. 1.6 , which can be downloaded from
our site.
